Bosch cautions against large, mass-produced canned coffees because they can lose freshness more quickly once the aluminum seal is opened, he said.
“These coffees that you don’t know how long they’ve been in those cans,” Bosch said. “A lot of times when you pop the seal, you get the air of that ‘puff’ and the aroma blows away. It might only last 24 hours, the rest of the can is okay, but it’s nothing like freshly roasted and ground coffee.
Bosch recommends buying whole bean coffee and grinding it shortly before phone number library brewing for the best freshness.
